Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping at Studio Nas, where each piece is crafted with care, creativity, and a bold, vibrant spirit. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help and make things right.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.
Item must be unworn or unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging, including any box, pouch, certificate, or tag (if applicable).
Custom made-to-order items (for example: custom sizing, hand-painted hats, personalized jewelry) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or damage.
Art pieces (paintings, mixed material canvases) may also be exempt from return due to their one-of-a-kind nature; please contact us for special circumstances.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Email us at nasbayat@studionas.co with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and brief reason (helpful for us!).
We’ll reply within 2 business days with instructions and a return shipping address.
Ship the item back within 7 days of approval. Please use a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing shipping insurance — we can’t guarantee we received your returned item otherwise.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
If approved:
For a refund, we will process it to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
For an exchange, we’ll ship the replacement item within 3 business days of approval (or inform you of any delay if custom-made).
If the return is rejected (e.g., item is worn, damaged, or not in original condition), you’ll be notified and the item will be returned to you at your expense.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, email us within 3 business days with photos of the defect or damage.
We’ll arrange a free return and offer a replacement or full refund.
5. Shipping for Returns
You are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item is defective/damaged or we shipped the wrong item.
We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance. Studio Nas is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Shipping original purchase costs are non-refundable (unless eligible under “Damaged or Defective Items”).
6. International Orders
For international orders, return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes or duties incurred are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damage occurred during transit.
Refunds for international returns may be less, depending on currency conversion and additional fees.
7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your item has already shipped, you will need to follow the return process above.
